Asset Management

  • While our primary goal is to deliver quality products for end-user clients, we also believe in the product we deliver and will on occasion retain some of these assets. This works well with our mission as a demonstration of our commitment to quality. Every asset brought to market is one that we would happily add to our portfolio.

  • In addition to the assets that we retain, several of our clients have asked us to actively manage the assets they have either acquired or themselves developed and brought to market. This includes reconciling actual revenue with proforma projections, reviewing/approving/managing capital expenditures, and managing leasing/sales operations.

Marshall Hamilton

Creating Rooted was a culmination of every requisite step Marshall has  taken in his career; with roles in architecture, in engineering, in preconstruction, in construction project management and in owner’s representation. It has always been about navigating the challenges of construction and real estate that occur day to day while most importantly holding value in what this business is all about- the people. Marshall takes great pride in managing teams of qualified professionals committed to delivering nothing less than the best for our clients.

Outside of Rooted, Marshall is a husband, dog-dad, aspiring human-dad, soccer player/Chelsea FC supporter, snowboarder, marathoner, aspiring tri-athlete and believes his purpose on this earth is to leverage his privilege and opportunity to create a life focused on the important things: family, experiences and giving back. His wife, Capri, works as a Wish Coordinator for Make-A-Wish Colorado. Having worked in such a capitalistic field for his entire career, Capri is both his role model and daily reminder that there are good people in the world who dedicate their lives to creating a better tomorrow. To that end, Rooted (and more specifically, the forthcoming Rooted Foundation nonprofit) is the conduit for giving back in a more meaningful way than he was afforded in past roles.
